How to join conference online?

Dear participants,

The interdisciplinary meeting is taking place this year online, therefore we would like to introduce you the whole concept of the conference.

Virtual platform:

The congress is taking place on customized virtual platform in the form of web application. To access the congress you need to have stable internet connection and web browser (preferably Google Chrome, but not necessarily). inside virtual platform, you will find everything necessary in the virtual lobby – program, live stream, partners booths, posters and so on.

Inside the platform, it is possible to chat with other participants.

Three days prior to the start of the conference, we will send you detailed information how to join the platform. The first log in will be using your e-mail to facilitate creating of your personal profile and password in the platform.

Stream and discussion:

For those presenting lectures, we would like to kindly ask you to join the live stream for discussion. The discussion is going to be held through ZOOM platform, which will be connected to the live stream. We will send you the link and would like to ask you to join 10 minutes before the time of the discussion in your block.

Those watching the stream do not need to do anything, just enjoy and send us your questions through the chat available next to the stream. The evaluation of the lectures and posters will be also available in the platform.

Poster session:

Poster session will take place inside the virtual congress platform. The opening is taking place in the live stream by prof. Fusek, after that there will be prepared online room for each poster, authors of the posters should be present and you will easily access the online room and make a discussion about poster directly with concrete author of each poster. You do not need any extra application, everything is included. You need to have a functional microphone.

How to join the game:

The game is taking place online and will be available on MS Teams. If you have the application, please do not hesitate to use it, if not do not worry, it will run in your browser. Link to join the game: this was sent to you by direct mail last week.

To experience the game in full scale, please have your webcam and microphone ready.

Game starts at 6 pm. Please, be exact, it is not possible to join the game later.

In the beggining, expert will explain the rules of the game and how to join.

Then, you will be randomly divided into groups of 3 - 4 people. In the group, you should greet each other, choose the name of the team and choose one captain who will be clicking the answers to the game.

To facilitate cooperation, be ready to use paper and pencil or any programme for group cooperation.

You will be solving logical riddles and tasks. Those treats are not incorporated in the game. To have functional mic and cam is also necessary.

The game lasts approximately 2 hours, will be in English and the results will be announced right after the end of the game.

Prize for the winners:

The the best team will win Aztec treasure.

The game is optional, it is not obligatory to participate.
